Vitamins are natural immune system boosters that strengthen the body to protect itself from illnesses. The food we normally eat have all vitamins but it is easy to miss out on the essentials unless we have a perfect diet. Vitamin C, which is a highly popular vitamin, is one of the most commonly used “immune system vitamin”. This is found in large amounts in fruits and vegetables but we hardly ever get the amount we need.
