The food we normally eat have all vitamins but it is easy to miss out on the essentials unless we have a perfect diet. This is found in large amounts in fruits and vegetables but we hardly ever get the amount we need. Echinacea and zinc are natural immune system boosters and they can help with recovery from a common cold. All of us can benefit from stopping a common cold early.

Vitamins play an important part in our bodily functions. It is important to have a balanced diet, but in most cases supplements are needed to make up for the unbalanced portion of ones diet. Daily supplements keep our immune system functioning at a high level, preventing sickness and enabling us to be functioning members of society.
